Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Replevate. By registering, you confirm you meet the age requirement and are authorized to represent your business.

• Businesses must create an account to access the platform; multiple users can operate under a business account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

By using Replevate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and while managing business locations.
• Use the platform solely for lawful business purposes related to online reputation management.
• Not employ bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data from the website or platform without explicit written approval.
• Abstain from engaging in activity that may disrupt the platform, other users, or our operations.

• Business account users may upload or provide details of their business locations.
• You retain ownership of content you provide but grant Nimbletrix a license to use, store, and process it for service provision.
• You agree that you have necessary rights and consents for any content or location data you submit to Replevate.

• Replevate is offered on a paid subscription basis; details of fees and plans are available at the point of purchase.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
• Once paid, your business will continue to have access to services for the fully paid duration—even if you cancel during the subscription period.
• No refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.

• You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your business and associated user data will be scheduled for deletion (soft delete for 30 days, then permanent deletion).
• Nimbletrix may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

• Replevate is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted under Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbletrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of Replevate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of Replevate constitutes acceptance of any updates.
